First, I am not the type of customer to post reviews, and secondly, I am a very skeptical consumer, so sometimes when something seems too good to be true, I certainly push back. However, this is one of those time when I'm glad I didn't. When I was first approached about my roof needing to be repaired or replaced my initial response was that I not only had the finances at the time to invest 30K in a new roof, but I also didn't have the time and energy to negotiate with my insurance company, adjustors or contractors. That's when Justin and the folks at Shanco stepped in and said, "we got you", no need for you to navigate a bunch of calls and negotiations or rearrange your schedule for different appointments. Your home needs a new roof, and we'll work with your insurance company on your behalf to make sure this is taken care of as easily as possible. They secured everything with my insurance company and were exceptional in how they completed the job. The materials were set up exactly on the day they were supposed to be delivered, and a 2-day job promise took exactly that, "two days". Everything was cleaned up better than when they got there and the only hint that they were even there is the brand-new roof that my wife and I are so happy and thankful for. I would strongly recommend Shanco going forward and they will be my first call for any projects in the future if necessary.

I had a dispute with insurance claim and Shanko staff especially Anthony, fought on my be half with the insurance till the end. Shanko indeed are the best of the best in roofing businesses.
Anthony Thompson knocked on our door after a recent hailstorm that did considerable damage to the roof. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and most important truthful. Shanco themselves were quick with the job , being in and out in less than a day. They didn't damage any of the other property and left the place cleaned up nicely. I'd recommend Shanco to anyone.
Ryan Wheeler and Luca did a fantastic job. They came to my house and looked for hail damage. They were very professional and described what damage I had and showed me pictures of the damaged roof. They also wrote a report that was very easy to understand. The next step was to contact my insurance company and we set up a time for the insurance company and Shanco to meet and look over the roof together. The insurance company agreed with Shanco's report and our insurance company approved roof replacement. Shanco then set up a time for the roof replacement which took 2 days. The crew that replaced the roof was amazing. They worked so hard from 7:30am to 5:30pm. They also did a wonderful job. Thank you Shanco.
