There was a hail storm that happened in our area recently which I had no idea was capable of damaging our roof. I was pleasantly surprised to find a crew from Shanco a few days later at my doorstep and showed me the magnitude of the damage caused by the storm after they took a bunch of pictures using their drone. I mostly worked with Griffin during this initial phase up to getting the paperwork done for roof replacement, and he has been terrific and great to work with. Jared was also great when he covered for Griffin one day and physically observed the damage by climbing on the roof and marking every single damaged section of the roof. In the next phase, Robert and the crew that actually replaced the roof were really awesome as well. They completed replacing the entire roof in just one day and did the clean up work the following morning. I am glad I discovered Shanco and super satisfied with the great work that they did from beginning to end. I would like to thank everyone from the Shanco Team that was involved in this project! I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of replacing their roof.

My experience was soooo satisfying and I know you think how can roof replacement be satisfying. Well I will tell you, back in Feb 2024 Brandon Seborg, sales manager assisted me with getting my homeowners insurance to see the actual damage done to my roof. Insurance paid it all once he gave a complete explanation, and we worked on this from Feb to June of this year. He was there every step of the way to help. When actual work was to be completed, I encountered Chad Williams, Proj Mgr, Kyle Yuric Sr Oper Coord and Bruce Lemon Production Mgr. When I tell you I was overwhelmed by the customer service provided by ALL of these gentlemen, that would be an understatement. They were courteous, kind, available and patient with me. The laborers were great as well. I HIGHLY recommend Shanco because of these wonderful gentlemen.
Robert Revis was our Project Manager for a full roof and gutter replacement. I was very impressed and pleased in my interactions with Robert throughout the project. He is an excellent communicator and takes to heart customer questions and suggestions. Robert consistently delivered on his commitments which made for a smooth process. When Robert says something will get done it gets done without exception!
Sam Doyle was a great salesman and very helpful in convincing me to get my roof inspected. They found lots of damage on my roof when they inspected and I have had it all replaced for free!
Bruce sent us an amazing three man team to install new 6" gutters and downspouts. Leaf relief gutter guards were added, too. The men did a meticulous job on a very hot day. My husband and I were very pleased. This is the third project that Shanco has done for us. I highly recommend this company.
It all started when Luca, Sean and a few others showed up while my wife was the only one home, I had set an appoint a few weeks earlier and didn’t get a chance to reschedule, so my wife ended up doing so. Turns out a storm had taken it so my roof, those requiring a new one. These guys stuck through the process the entire way to the install. Kyle took over during the install. Great communication from all parties involved. The roof was completed in 2 days, it looks amazing. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
I am more than pleased with how our new roof looks after the NOVA office in Lorton installed it last week. The attention to detail was beyond what I expected. Our first contact with Shanco was with Morgan King, outside sales manager. His very outgoing personality and knowledge of the roofing process made us go with Shanco. There was never any hard sales pitch. Kyle Yurick, project coordinator kept us informed over the phone about best dates for install on non rainy days and when our materials would be delivered. On the day of install I met Bruce Lemon, production manager. He was there during the entire install keeping us informed how things were proceeding. He was up on the roof and inspecting the work that the roofers were doing. He was wonderful and very helpful answering all my questions. Even after 2 days of 12 plus hours of work he was always in the best mood and worked so great with roofers. The roofing crew were excellent and very courteous. They made sure to cover my large shrubs, decking and front entrance. Nothing was damaged over the 2 days and the clean up was amazing, no nails left behind. Thank you Shanco for my beautiful new roof.

I had my roof replaced last year by Shanco who did an excellent job however with recent heavy winds, we needed to reseal an area around the chimney when a leak had developed. Jonathon arrived today, fixed the problem quickly and went above and beyond wiping down all my skylights, blowing leaves off the roof, clearing leaves out of my gutters in addition to taking out a wasp nest. A professional job well done and much appreciated.
