I had a dispute with insurance claim and Shanko staff especially Anthony, fought on my be half with the insurance till the end. Shanko indeed are the best of the best in roofing businesses.
Anthony Thompson knocked on our door after a recent hailstorm that did considerable damage to the roof. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and most important truthful. Shanco themselves were quick with the job , being in and out in less than a day. They didn't damage any of the other property and left the place cleaned up nicely. I'd recommend Shanco to anyone.
Ryan Wheeler and Luca did a fantastic job. They came to my house and looked for hail damage. They were very professional and described what damage I had and showed me pictures of the damaged roof. They also wrote a report that was very easy to understand. The next step was to contact my insurance company and we set up a time for the insurance company and Shanco to meet and look over the roof together. The insurance company agreed with Shanco's report and our insurance company approved roof replacement. Shanco then set up a time for the roof replacement which took 2 days. The crew that replaced the roof was amazing. They worked so hard from 7:30am to 5:30pm. They also did a wonderful job. Thank you Shanco.
There was a hail storm that happened in our area recently which I had no idea was capable of damaging our roof. I was pleasantly surprised to find a crew from Shanco a few days later at my doorstep and showed me the magnitude of the damage caused by the storm after they took a bunch of pictures using their drone. I mostly worked with Griffin during this initial phase up to getting the paperwork done for roof replacement, and he has been terrific and great to work with. Jared was also great when he covered for Griffin one day and physically observed the damage by climbing on the roof and marking every single damaged section of the roof. In the next phase, Robert and the crew that actually replaced the roof were really awesome as well. They completed replacing the entire roof in just one day and did the clean up work the following morning. I am glad I discovered Shanco and super satisfied with the great work that they did from beginning to end. I would like to thank everyone from the Shanco Team that was involved in this project! I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of replacing their roof.
