I have been in the roofing industry for ten years. I decided to go with Shanco & I am glad that I did! My project manager Chad Williams did an amazing job of keeping communications throughout the entire process. This made me feel very accommodated and love as a customer. This company really knows how to do things right and I would recommend them to everybody. Not only was the roof completed to my liking, but the crew was very professional from inception to completion. I particularly like how they tarp off my deck, front porch, and use plywood against my garage doors to make sure nothing was damaged. The crew arrived on time around 7 AM and begin the tear off. They were finished with the job by 6 PM and all of the nails were cleaned up to my satisfaction. Make sure to consider them for any of your exterior needs. Johnathan was very polite & professional. He always had time to answer questions and was quick to respond and find solutions when the unexpected occurred. He visited twice a day and was on top of the entire process. He is also a really good guy!
My experience with Shanco (Brandon Seborg) was very professional and excellent. He was very tentative to a claim that I was having a issue with using my insurance company and guided me thru the process to get my roof repaced due to roof damage. The work was very clean and on time. The team that Brandon sent to do the work was very professional as well. I would highly recommend Shanco to anyone that would be needing a roof replacement.

From my first contact with Shanco, the free estimate in September 2023, all communications were friendly and professional. We worked with salesman Dan Haske to learn about all of the options and possibilities as well as a timely estimate. We took a long time to finally determine exactly what we wanted and Dan was very patient and was responsive to all of questions and concerns. Chrissie Bartlett did a wonderful job getting the information we needed to help us make informed decisions. We finally agreed to sign the contract in early December 2023. Saundra Barnhard was very helpful supplying us with a list of the schedule and what expect through this process. Working with Antione Hawkins and his crew was a pleasure. His entire crew was very competent and easy to communicate with, especially when I had specific ways I wanted things done, they really wanted to satisfy us. Every step of the way, they let us know what to expect and quickly responded to all of our needs.
