Tristan, my project manager, is the man! He stayed on top of the project the entire time! They cleaned up all of the trash and debris. He walked me through the process and addressed the little mishaps that took place efficiently and quickly!
I have already done one review but I would like to say that Tristan was very helpful and conscientious. It was obvious that it is important to him to do a good job.

I am thrilled with my Shanco experience, particularly dealing with Luca Benedetti and Tristan Hollis. Both were very knowledgeable and explained all my options with regards to the roofing, gutters selections timetable etc. Explained every step of the project and why this or that was being done and anytime I had a question and texted either one I would get a response back in a short period of time. One time I sent a text to Tristan and he responded even though his was home sick. I am very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Shanco to anyone needing roof repairs.

Luca was incredibly responsive, informative and knowledgeable regarding the inspection, insurance etc. He was top notch from the beginning. Tristan was fantastic as the Project Manager from start to finish— constantly communicating updates, doing site inspections. He even made sure to stop by the next day to doimg a walk through and magnet the yard for the 3rd time because we have two labrador retrievers. Any concern, question or feedback I had for Tristan was openly received, heard and addressed within 20 minutes. From the initial inspection of the roof, to dealing with our insurance, to scheduling the job and through to completion, we have nothing but rave reviews for every aspect.
