Sales Rep Jared Smyser was very patient and transparent with me thoughout this process as it was new to my wife and I. We had previously commited to another contact with a roofing company in which I will not share there name that gave me an over price cost of 10K. Jared reviewed my quote and advised me that they will be doing the same thing, work with the insurance company and guarantee the work be completed efficiently by a company that has been around for a looooong time to a lower cost. He communicated with me throughout the process explaining to me who will be contacting me and who to talk to if I have questions. Johnathan was very helpful and went above and beyond. Johnathan showed up early and cleaned off our room, porch and part of our driveway before his team began work on installing a new skylight and fascia boards. The team arrived on time and made a quick work of a quality product.
