My wife & I had a problem w/ our roof. Rain had fallen the night before,& we discovered that a roof in one of our upper bedrooms had a leak. I made a call to Jared in the morning,& within hours, I received a call from Jonathan asking if I would be available for him to come to take care of the problem within 30mins. Well,Johnathan arrived,& what & awesome job he did! He took care of that leak in less than an hour. Shanco has excellent customer service. I cannot stress how important this is today and how hard it is to find. I had a total roof replacement 2022, it was very windy here during a last storm week that caused a leak due to missing seals. I called customer service and they had someone out here within a few days. Mr. Andrews was professional, courteous and attentive to all our concerns. I would recommend Shanco based on my experience.

From our initial encounter with Luca, the sales representative, to the end of the three-day roofing process the experience was outstanding. The project manager Jonathan was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. The roofers were efficient and considerate of our property, cleaning up at the end of each day and assured that any nails around the house were removed at the end of the project. Their skill and professionalism, evident in the quality of their work, was stellar. At the end of the process Jonathan walked with me around the house to review all of the work and made the extra effort to seal one of our cutter joints which had separated. Bruce (project manager) and his crew were outstanding. I watched the entire project being done and being in the building trades myself I was very impressed. The attention to detail was truly professional. Thanks to Bruce and his crew we have a roof that will look great and function for many years.
