I was so impressed from the moment I met Jared Smyser, Project Manager. He was always courteous and professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to work with my homeowners insurance to make sure a new roof got approved. After my insurance initially rejected the claim, Jared made sure to provide the evidence of hail damage and ultimately prevailed after 9 months of back and forth! he never gave up. I am very happy with my new roof and so impressed by Jared's perseverance, integrity and responsiveness. I hope anyone who reads this would ask for Jared. He's truly a throwback to the way customer service should be provided.
From start to finish, Jared Smyser, Jonathan Andrew's and Craig Pace were always available when I had a question or concern about the replacement process and time line to get the job done. Once the job started, they kept me I formed of the progress and let me know when they were finished and even came back the next day to make sure any nails or waste was collected and disposed of. I would definitely recommend this team to even to a not so close neighbor or friend. The workmanship and professionalism is over the top. Keep up the good work guys, and thank you so much. Property Inspector Pablo Gomez was fantastic. He did a free roof inspection using chalk to clearly identify hail damage for insurance claim. Shanco sent representatives in advance of claim adjuster visit and they were present on the roof during the adjuster’s inspection. Claim was approved. Project Manager Tristan Hollis led his team to complete the work quickly and with great quality. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.
We had storm damage from hale and Shanco (Pablo G.) worked with our insurance and our insurance inspector to get our shingles and damaged roof covered. They made it a stress free, easy experience and the crew that came to our house was polite and friendly to work with as well. Not to mention, we loved the way the shingles turned out, they really made the house look 20 years younger! We greatly enjoyed our experience with Shanco.
Justin Vanegas with Shanco Roofing has been absolutely amazing through this whole process. He came out did the inspection, walked me through the filing process with our insurance and even met the adjuster there to answer any questions that they had. Jared Smyser, Sales Manager was our main contact at Shanco. He was excellent to work with and earned my trust from the first day I met him. The process was very smooth, starting with his knock on our door asking if we had any interest in having our roof inspected for hail damage (other neighborhood properties did have hail damage). After his roof inspection was completed, he showed us detailed pictures of the hail damage to our roof. He then explained the insurance process and how he would work with the insurance estimator, what Shanco offered as far as materials and warranties, and answered the many questions I asked. He was professional, knowledgeable, couurteous, and and always available to answer questions. I did my own research on Shanco and found they used the hightest graded shingle, provided an excellent warranty, and most importantly had excellent reviews from our neighborhood friends that had already used Shanco for roof and gutter replacement. Just got a new roof put on by Shanco. After 45 years as a carpenter, they proved to be the best and most cooperative company I've ever dealt with. Their attention to detail no matter how small was great. Tristan , our project manager was always on top of things and in constant communication with us. Luca and Nick were instrumental in answering all questions that I had prior to the job. The entire crew was polite and very accommodating to us and our dogs. Our roof was a rather large and complicated project and it was handled extremely well. Our entire house looks like brand new due to their quality expertise.
