My service and experience with Shanco was great! It started with Mike who walked me through the Shanco product and services and guided me through the process in a concerned and caring way, and ended with Antoine who explained every detail before and after the installation day and answered every question regarding installation, worker's, and the process for the day. They were professional and did not hesitate in responding to my calls asap. I also want to note Saundra who worked with me to schedule an installation date in such a courteous way and Christy for her follow-up after completion. All went well and completed in one day. I really appreciate all involved to make sure everything went as expected. Thank You!!!!
